Communication divided in two parts * verbal and *Non Verbal, about 90% of our communication is non verbal communication by using facial expressions and body language.In this post we will concentrate on this part of communication.

2.Eye Contact
Always have a eye contact with your listener or speaker.Eye contact should not be intimidating but should reflect our interest and confidence.
3.Body Posture:
Always carry yourself with calm, do not do things without thinking,always sit straight,shoulders sloping down in comfortable way,when talking to someone lean a little bit forward to show your interest in the subject.Speaking with your back turned and looking at floor or ceiling should be avoided.
4.Movements:
Your body movements are very important when you are communicating , crossing your legs,swinging or tapping your moving your palm on your face are signs of discomfort.Never cross arms or rest them in your pocket, remove this habit.
5.Paralinguistic:
While talking vary your tone,pitch your voice up when their is some important point to tell.The tempo of your voice should be calm and comfortable to ears.To have good paralinguistic skills read books loudly and examine the pitch and tone of your voice.
6.Facial Expressions:
Always carry a small smile on your face,a smile stretch all your face mussels and make it appear more beautiful.when you talk, do not have sleepy eyes always keep your eyes wide open.When you are sitting and listening to someone do not rest your head on your hands it will get your mind in rest state.
